About our product team

We are 4 product designer, working with product teams. Our typical day : each designer work in a team in charge of a part of the product roadmap. He/She organize team design review and has help form his product manager and developers since the discovery stage. As designers we use our new branding (created with an international agency), our design system and a user panel to have feedbacks whenever we need.

Libeo is growing and ownership still is one of our key principle : each team has autonomy to define problem to address and explore solutions with users and concerned services (customer success manager, sales, data..)

To grow as a team and keep our design consistent, product designers have some common meetings : design critique, pair design...

Role overview

As a product designer you find elegant solutions to complex problems. With a curious mind, you always strive to learn more, you can also deliver high fidelity screens and prototypes, respecting design system guidelines.

You know how to manage beauty and usability requirements to contribute to Libeo's growth.

You love problems and find solutions with your team.

Responsibilities

• You will be the designer of one our several product teams, with a mentor to help you grow in our team
• Collaborate with product manager, developers to define problems and solutions
• Help to keep design consistency while teams and products are growing and becoming international

Requirements

• Good visual and interaction design skills
• Able to workwith our FrontEnd engineer
• Can participate (then lead) user interviews and user test
• Able to understand and apply product vision in his day-to-day projects
• Figma user
• Collaborative attitude, appreciate feedbacks and can easily work with front developers, support team, sales
• Able to explain / justify design choices

3. Product design home test
4. Meet the team : cultural fit with a 30mn call (PM/business team/tech/product designer...)
