About the role
As a Product Designer at Kikoff, you will own critical design projects end-to-end. You will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas and contributing to product strategy to designing end-to-end features and ensuring design quality through launch.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering to iteratively improve user experience
- Design new features from ideation, to wireframes, to high-fidelity visual designs, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
- Participate in our regular design critiques to seek out feedback and iterate on your designs
- Design experiences across all our platforms: iOS, Android, Web
- Help define product strategy and execute on the product roadmap
What we look for in you:
- 3+ years experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with Product and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions
- Experience designing consumer-facing products for iOS, Android and responsive web
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient in Figma, Sketch, etc and prototyping tools
- Low ego and a team player
