Your role🙋

Join one of our five cross-functional product teams (Insights & Integrations). Work together with other product managers, designers and engineers in the area of insights and integrations, in order to deliver towards our goal to be the financial companion for ecommerce. You will translate our users needs and pain points into compelling solutions through an iterative design approach.

Your responsibilities💪

In this role you’ll:

• Be part of a growing team of currently 8 talented designers and 1 UX researchers working with all stages of the design process from discovery to delivery

• Work across all product areas and marketing, shaping how Juni is experienced by our customers inside and outside of the product platform

• Build great wireframes, visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes for our mobile and web application

• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, branding and development teams to create customer-centric solutions

Within 1 month you'll:

• Understand how Juni works, get integrated with the design team, and hit the ground running when it comes to your role

• Understand our customers and their needs

• Contribute to ongoing design projects

Within 3 months you'll:

• Other crew members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you

• Own tasks and deliver on them autonomously

• Challenge and improve existing designs

Within 6 months you'll:

• Take on the design development of complete new product areas

• Create an impact on how customers are seeing and using the product

• See your designs out in the world within weeks

Your qualifications👨‍🎓

• 2+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer

• You have a passion for understanding our customers and bringing their voices into the design and development process

• You have a keen interest in consumer-facing products, finance, e-commerce, or related fields

• You aren’t afraid to face complex user-facing and technical challenges

• You aren’t put off in the face of compound data—and excited to translate any complicated data into stunning visuals

• You can create both conceptual and production ready designs

• You are proactive and are able to manage your time efficiently

• You have strong visual and verbal communication skills

• You are highly proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC Suite

• You have a strong portfolio with relevant work that demonstrates both your visual as well as problem solving capabilities

• Full professional English proficiency
