About our Internship program: The majority of our internships run approximately 12 weeks. This can fluctuate a bit based on the team you are assigned to. In addition, there are weekly activities for the intern cohort ranging from lunch and learns with our founder(s), interview/resume workshops, game nights, and much more. It is also our intention to offer full time positions to as many of our interns as possible. Be sure to check us out on your campus as we will be attending several career fairs and interview days throughout January and February. If you do not find us on your campus, no worries, as we will be reviewing all online applications/submitted resumes.
The Seismic Product Design team is a diverse group of fun, hard-working and highly collaborative people. Each designer brings a unique lens to table to help us realize our goal of designing software that is driven by empathy and validated with data.
You will create beautiful and inspiring user experiences that help users create, discover, and interact with sales content managed in the Seismic platform. You are an excellent communicator, self-starter, and collaborative enthusiast. While interaction design is the most important discipline for this role, and you likely won't be asked to redesign our entire product line, you will frequently be asked to apply our creative vision and aesthetic to new design patterns and use
cases.
Who You Are:
- You are passionate about all things UX, Not only do you design beautiful products; you create products that are intuitive and exciting to use
- You follow paths to their every terminus and seek to understand the "why" of decision making
- You know and believe that incremental improvements lead to incredible product offerings
- You possess expert communication skills and empathy that allows you to communicate with individuals throughout an organization
Qualifications For All Roles
- Currently enrolled student, graduating in Spring 2024
