Position: Product Designer I
Duties:Responsible to create beautiful and inspiring user experiences that help users create, discover, and interact with content managed in a platform. Lead design efforts to work with management and planning tools which are used by the teams to execute their work. Own product areas such as email automation, outlook add-ins and design delivery and communication tools. Develop meaningful improvements to site usability and performance through a combination of data analyst, user testing and c-design, while garnering buy-in from key stakeholders. Implement direct user research, promoting a proactive approach to design that reduces development load.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Instructional Technology, or related field. Three (3) months of full-time experience in job offered or graphic design. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills: 1) Experience working with cross-functional partners. 2) Experience working with Figma. 3) Experience with UI/UX design. 4) Experience with at least three (3) of the following technologies: Sketch, Wireframing, Usability Testing, Illustrator, Photoshop, Pixate, Origami, or Jira.
Salary: $80,000 to $112,000 per year
