Product Designer job at Hologram

Hologram is building self-expression engine for the open metaverse. Our ecosystem of products empower people to create, use, and own their favorite digital characters and collectibles over video on any social, gaming, or conferencing platform. As the world becomes increasingly pseudonymous, we’re paving the way to enable anyone to connect with others and change the world as their favorite versions of themselves.

As the founding product designer, you’ll be working directly with the Hologram founders to craft our product vision. From conducting user research to architecting our initial UI / UX patterns,your work will be foundational to the future success of Hologram.

Expectations

Design delightful experiences for Hologram’s users
Conduct user research to establish deep understanding of our users’ needs
Work closely with the engineering team and the CEO to ship world-class products
Actively engage with the Hologram community
Ruthlessly prioritize, balance speed and quality

Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing and shipping social/consumer products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong visual and interaction skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
Ability to act as a Product Manager as needed
Ability to distill abstract design ideas into concrete actionable items for the engineering team
