Product Designer (H/F)

Welcome to Coinhouse, the easiest crypto app on the market!

As a Product Designer you will join our Product team (Mario, Maxime, Rohini, Clément, Alexandre, Antoine, Baptiste and more to come )

In an agile framework, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to iterate through the design process to launch, and build a differentiating user-centric experience.

As a Product Designer included(UX andUI mixed), you’ll be responsible for solving the right problems and designing the best solutions to deliver value to our customers and the business.

This is your next missions: 

Participate actively in the Squad structure

1. As a product designer you will be in charge of two squads dedicated to a specific area for the same product (financial products, engagement, core payment)

2. Those squads need you to create the product vision and make the best out of the user experience

3. Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Iterate with the PMs and engineering team, and take into account their feedback and constraints in the implementation of the design

Design interfaces

1. Build the simplest User Experience for the future of Banking

2. Build scalable product interfaces for Mobile and Webapp

3. Participate in the evolution of our design system and create new components

4. Keep our UI consistent and match our branding strategy

Build with Max the foundation of a Design team

1. Participate in defining new User Personas ( quantitative and qualitative user research)

2. Create user testing guidelines

3. Share new workflows and ideas( A/B testing coming, guerilla testing )

Hard skills needed

• Figma expert

• Developerunderstanding

• Be capable of creating high fidelity wireframes

• Be creative and innovative

• Be capable of prioritizing and working on multiple projects

• Knowledge of user experience or willingness to develop these skills

• Coffee meeting with Mario (20 min) 
• A case study (at home)
• Case study live with a pannel for the restitution (2 h)
• Meeting with Alexandre, our CTO (1h)
