We are looking for a Product Designer ?

Your mission ?

As a product designer of the Growth Tribe, your main mission will be to convert prospect into customers by designing delightful experiences.

“As a Driver, I need to subscribe to a new car insurance.” is the main JTBD you will work on.

Through user interviews, you will understand our prospects needs and painpoints all along the subscription funnel.

You will create journeys and prototypes responding to users and Ornikar Insurance needs.

Through ideation and co-creation, you will facilitate workshops to enhance the quality of Design propositions.

You will improve the product experience by prototyping delightful user journey and interface.

You will mesure and iterate your designs through user feed-backs, user testing, design critics and product datas.

And by all of this, you will make our users happier?

You will partner with your squad's PM, user researchers, data analysts and content designers to reach your squad roadmap goals. You will ensure perfect implementation with engineers thanks to clean mockups, detailed specs and continuous guidance. Thus you will have many touch points with your Design team through rituals, discussions in Figma or the maintenance of our design systems.

What you will do ?

Run UX Audits and analyses to screen usability problems

Work on the UX Strategy with the UX Researcher, Content Designer and the PM of your squad.

Identify the best strategy to test your design and your ideas. Lead user tests and collect data to fill with insights the Product Roadmap.

Design the user journeys and information Architecture. Work in collaboration with the Content Designer to create usable and lovable interfaces.

Collaborate with broader design team to share feedback, maintain our design systems and brand consistency, elevate overall product quality and design execution.

Build empathy with our users and their pain points by conducting regular user research initiatives.

You are our ideal candidate if you... ?

Are a Product and UX lover : you read and share about Design Culture.

Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or UI Designer, in a Product organisation.

Are particularly good at crafting beautifully-branded, ease to use interfaces with design patterns to create simple, delightful user flows that take all edge cases into account.

Are particularly good at discovering and delivering products that answer user needs and help reach business objectives thanks to your proven use of UX methodologies and clear product thinking.

Are particularly good at communicating with engineers, writing clear design specs and ensuring proper implementation during the quality assurance phase.

Have experience in user research and testing.

Speak French and you have a good command of English
