Product Designer (growth)

Dance is currently live in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg and Munich), with Vienna and Paris launching in spring 2022. • As a product designer working on growth, you would be part of a cross functional team of developers, a product manager and a growth marketing manager
• You would be the owner of the UX/UI design of the dance.co website, including our checkout and all the different landing pages
• You would work on designing growth-related product features spanning across the website and the mobile application we are building for our members
• You will report into the Software Product Lead

• You have strong UI skills, with experience designing websites
• You have worked closely with marketing in the past and have a good understanding of general marketing initiatives and terminology
• You have experience working with senior leadership, communicating your concepts and vision 
• You have a background in designing user experiences and interaction design for digital consumer products as part of cross-functional teams
• You have an established process to turn ideas into a convincing and unique creative vision
• You take ownership of experiences from the early strategy and concept phase to the implementation and following iterations, including rapid prototyping and experimentation
• You are eager to understand the underlying problem and able to work out concepts and ideas that are addressing the real issues, considering input from data, users and other people around you
• You are actively communicating your work, and you can explain your ideas and decisions, as well as collaborate with our team
