Product Designer - Growth & Discovery

Your mission: 

We’re looking for a talented, visually strong Product Designer to join our Discovery teams in London. You’ll be joining a squad that introduces people to the world of Wise and helps them understand the ways our products can meet their needs through one unified experience across all logged-out surfaces. 

It’s through these discovery surfaces that you’ll help bring the Wise brand to life creating engaging designs, well-crafted web experiences and useful tools that equip customers with the information they need to understand more about our products and solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to design some of the first experiences a customer will have with Wise. Your work will readily contribute to the growth of Wise and our mission - money without borders.

You’ll contribute by to the mission by:

• Using your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver engaging, well crafted Web experiences 
• Influencing your team, increasing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality
• Crafting designs that tell the story of our products and solutions in engaging ways across our discovery surfaces 
• Collaborating with teams to create a range of assets from photography to animations that help explain our products to customers
• Supporting building out our new Web Design System and create templates for other teams to build from
• Designing tools that provide people with the information they need to learn more about Wise

A bit about you: 

• You’ve got a portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people.
• You’ve got strong visual skills, a high-level of design craft and an interest in brand 
• You are able to translate design concepts into production ready assets collaborating with engineering teams or using CMS systems to bring designs to life 
• You are comfortable designing for web surfaces (desktop and mobile)
• You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales
• You are a great storyteller who can clearly paint a compelling picture of the ‘why’ that underpins your work
