You will be working with our product manager and exceptional engineering team - early unicorn employees, Typescript and VSCode team engineer, Facebook Hackathon winner, Google Women TechMakers Scholar, etc - to build a category-defining product
Your missions
Discover - together with the product manager, dive into engineering processes and tools, organize user interview sessions and perform user testing at the beginning and end of the design cycle
Develop - continuously improve the product by designing mock-ups or prototypes (low, mid or high def) in Figma, and ensure proper implementation with the tech team. In other words, you own UX and UI end to end
Identify - the best tools to maximize the team’s productivity - we have an unlimited budget to make the team productive
Meet Silicon Valley’s best product designers to learn decades of insights in mere months
Helpful skills/experiences
You have a successful track record of owning UI/UX design from discovery to production
You’ve mastered modern design tools like Figma
Bonus points if you have already worked in a software engineering team
You might be a great fit for this role if
You have a technical background - computer science, engineering, etc
You’re analytical - you’re great at identifying edge cases
