About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to develop new features and experiences that improve business owners' everyday financial operations. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive user experiences and high-quality visual and interactive design deliverables while maintaining product consistency by leveraging our design system.

You'll work collaboratively with your product manager, engineers, business stakeholders, researchers, and writers throughout the design process to make the vision come true.

What you'll do

• Work together with PM, researcher, and analyst in your team to clarify user needs and competitive landscape to generate solutions.
• Work with different partners across the business to design solutions through exploration and validation, aligning your designs with general concepts within the product.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, know when and how to create and combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect specs.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver the best quality possible.
• Contribute to your team's strategy and roadmap.
• You'll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

Requirements

• You've proven design cases, shipped products, and understand what it takes to create valuable and meaningful experiences.
• You're a talented system thinker who can solve complex problems with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• You can find beauty in details and help others to see it too.
• You've experience articulating your solutions and goals of a project clearly and concisely within the team and to business stakeholders.
• The one who sees user experience as a whole and tries to design to improve interactions with the product, not just visually enhance our interfaces.
• It's a bonus If you have experience designing fintech products.
