Your Impact in this role

At FeedbackFruits, we're elevating our product experience to the next level, and your UI expertise will be central to this transformation. As our Product Designer with exceptional UI skills, you'll:

• Pioneer the visual direction for our Learning Design Studio and design systems

• Transform complex educational workflows into intuitive, beautiful interfaces

• Lead UI consistency and quality standards across our product suite

• Create seamless first-user experiences that welcome educators and students

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to implementation

You'll join our Design team at a pivotal moment, helping shape how educators and students interact with our platform for years to come.

🎯 About the job:

• Design and iterate high-quality, visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex educational interactions.

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Conduct user testing sessions and integrate feedback to continuously refine UI/UX designs.

• Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency across all FeedbackFruits products.

• Stay up-to-date with UI trends, emerging technologies, and educational best practices to continuously improve our products.

Your experience and skills:

You'll thrive in this role if you bring exceptional UI design skills and a passion for creating visually engaging experiences. We're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a strong UI portfolio

• Exceptional visual design skills with meticulous attention to typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Framer

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems or UI frameworks

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests

• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working successfully in cross-functional teams

• Understanding of AI design tools like Midjourney, Lovable, and LLMs (bonus)
