Product Designer (EU - Remote)

We are currently looking for Product Designers based in Europe, to join our fully-remote existing team spread across the EU and US. If you are a proactive, passionate and an enthusiastic product designer, with experience in user-facing digital products, and willing to work cross-functionally hand by hand not just with other designers or product people, but also with engineers to find the best solutions for the different lines of our product (yes, not just one!), we think you’ll be a great fit!

Onna’s Knowledge Integration Platform has incredible potential (see here how we ingest the world's most trusted SaaS services like Slack, Zoom, Teams and Dropbox into Onna), and our strategy is to make the platform available to third parties and partners via API’s.  While Onna will continue to build applications such as eDiscovery, our longer term goal is to expose the core functionality of the platform for integration into third party applications via our Public API.  For example, allow a third party application to search, view and export data in an Onna workspace and present the results in their native app. Our mission then is to provide a world-class developer experience to expose our APIs.

What you’ll do:

• Work with other Product/UX designers building and maintaining our design system
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams through design, development and implementation to see initial concepts make it to the market
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Transform complex workflows into simple and usable experiences for our clients
• Facilitate design discussions, and provide feedback
• Promote design iterations with a user-centric approach

Who you are:

• An all-round designer with amazing UX, interaction and visual design skills. 
• Your portfolio demonstrates knowledge of design principles across multiple platforms and shows off your visual design work.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience working with user-facing digital products, ideally in B2B/SaaS companies.
• Passionate about having a great Design System in place, and experienced with using Figma. 
• You enjoy working cross-functionally, interacting with other product people and engineers, solving problems together and delivering the best solutions.
• You're skilled in user research 
• Experienced testing usability and presenting findings on a compelling format
• Users are a priority. You deeply consider user flows and interactions, how best to solve customer challenges, and how to prioritize accessibility.
• You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Nice if you also know about Angular too (part of our tech stack)
