Product Designer

We're currently seeking a Product Designer to join our team! As a member of our founding team, you’ll build a deep understanding of what we're building and help bring the product to life. You'll partner closely with product, engineering and operations to help design a complex, data-dense product.

This is a part-time contractor role that depending on success, has the option to convert to a full time employee. 

About Eisen

We work with banks, brokerages, fintechs, and financial service firms to manage their dormant accounts. No customer wants to be escheated, but it's too hard to reactivate them. We enable you to collaborate on your rule engine, visualize upcoming deadlines, and automate processes around customer re-engagement and account escheatment. 

What you'll do:

• Develop a deep understanding of our users and their processes
• Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research and feature ideas into functional products
• Design experiences that feel simple and straightforward, even when the tasks involved are not
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and detailed UI flows
• Prepare documentation and designs to be handed off to engineering

About you:

• Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Experience building B2B, data-dense UIs
• Experience with Figma, coding ability a plus
• Ability to question and deeply learn about the processes we're automating 
• Experience building for legal & compliance teams, a plus
