You Are:
- Experienced with 2+ years as a UX designer and a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, or related work experience.
- A Designer that can develop a point of view.
- Able to identify problems and find solutions for product improvements
- A Designer that understands user behavior, leveraging user research methodologies, persona formation, and usability testing.
- An innovator who pushes design standards to a higher level.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide precise solutions at every step of the process.
- Constantly building upon expertise with various tools, platforms and methodologies.
You Will:
- Build a cohesive user-centric experience that creators and developers can use across multiple surfaces including mobile, desktop and console
- Improve economy flows in the platform without degrading the user experience
- Work with design teams to integrate economy futures with other parts of the Roblox ecosystem
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to build end-to-end solutions
- Design and build a vision for the future of the Roblox economy
- Own end-to-end feature design by defining, developing, prototyping, and documenting design requirements
- Build UX expertise across desktop, mobile and console products
- Ensure a consistent user experience across the Roblox platform
- Report to the Lead Economy Designer
