Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our product team.

You'll spend your time inventing new ways of communicating in a async way.

To do this you'll have to ask great questions. Questions that can help you understand and articulate customer problems and come up with effective solutions.

Asking great questions is the main thing we're looking for, but apart from that we'd love you to bring:

• Your taste and magic - We want our interfaces to be simple and clean, but still feel warm and approachable.
• Your eye for detail - Catching a wrong gray scale here and a misalignment there.
• Your love for the craft - The small touches that make a product delightful to use.

We are a small, agile, nimble company, with a product-oriented culture, so the ability to make an impact is significant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
• Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality
• Use and evolve our internal design system
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company
• Redefining best-in-class software design and development processes so that we can build an opinionated product

Minimum Requirements 

• Several years of experience leading and designing interactive applications 
• Excellent visual, UI and interaction skills
