About the Role
As an L7 Staff Product Designer at DevRev, you'll be a resident expert with authority to drive product innovation aligned with business vision. You'll lead large-scale design initiatives while influencing long-term strategies and developing your team.

- Set the design vision and direction for significant product areas

- Lead complex design systems work that scales across the organization
- Connect user needs with business strategy to create compelling experiences
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps
- Foster design excellence across teams through mentorship and guidance
Requirements
- 14+ years of product design experience
- Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence
- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives
