We’re looking for a product designer to join the team in our Tallinn or Tartu office. In this role, you’ll get to work with our awesome design systems team and help us take our design system to the next level.

As part of the design systems team, you’ll focus on the continuous development of Pipedrive’s design language in our digital interfaces. You’ll help us evolve, define and craft an extensive component library and document user-friendly design patterns. Working in a team of around 30 product designers, you’ll also partner with experts in design systems and front-end developers.

Your new adventure:

Evolve and facilitate the look and feel of Pipedrive’s design language, its product components and design patterns
Maintain consistency by documenting and actively sharing knowledge about using the design system
Work closely with front-end developers throughout the design implementation and ensure high-quality final deliveries
Ensure a consistent brand and UI experience across the whole customer journey
Consult with product designers working in the UX phase of projects
Advocate for accessibility, design culture, UI consistency and design standards across Pipedrive
Advocate for simplicity in our product design across all features, regardless of their complexity

Does this sound like you?

3+ years of experience in product design
Ambition and passion for designing a constantly evolving product
A good understanding of industry standards for designing interfaces and design systems for web-applications
The desire to deliver world-class visual design with a focus on inclusive design, and knowledge of how to accomplish this
Excellent knowledge of Figma
Knowledge of management tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus
Readiness to take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
A strong portfolio showcasing your skills
A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
A goal-oriented mindset
Superb attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
