Design at Dashlane
We bring ideas to life, serve as the voice of our users, and craft a meaningful and unified Dashlane experience.
Our UX team is a close-knit, collaborative group, guided by a highly iterative user-centered design process. Combining research, data, and thoughtful critique, we are discovering needs and solving fundamental problems that impact our customers to create Dashlane’s market defining products.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated by complex problems. You’ll be directly responsible for decisions that influence the product and roadmap. Your mission will be to deliver simple, beautiful, and effective product experiences that users love and that deepen their relationship with Dashlane’s products. Designers here work on every stage of product development, from creating the experience of new features, to prototyping and finding creative solutions, to refining the details of the product with the help of our design system.
About this role
For this role, we seek someone more inclined to the technical side of the design process. You won't be designing flashy visuals, but rather focusing on improving the core admin experience of the product. You will have to balance UX with security, helping our users stay safe online and keeping their data secure with us.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to understand customer needs and incorporate them into the product in an intuitive, scalable manner.
This position is flexible in terms of location, with options for working in France or Portugal. You can also choose to work from our offices in Lisbon or Paris. English is the working language.
