Your future team
When you join Atlassian as a Product Designer, you will be reporting to design experience manager. You will become part of the Experience Design organisation.
You will also join product teams within the project cycles. Your mission will be to support Data Portability Product teams, focusing on data management.
What you'll do

- As part of the Data management team, you'll be working closely with other designers, product managers and development teams to understand our customer needs when it comes to their data, and then providing them with the tools to satisfy those needs. You'll be involved in early-stage research and ideation, implementation, and iteration. Ultimately you'll be responsible for creating a powerful and intuitive user experience for our customers all around the world.
Your background
- This job is for someone who has experience in driving end-to-end design processes. We are looking for a designer who wants to shape the future of our features and take design decisions, impact the product and take accountability for the customer value they produce.We're looking for candidates who love to work with cross-functional teams to ensure they're providing a great experience. Have a prior experience in problem exploration, research, ideation, design, and beyond.When you join the team, you'd be expected to have:
- 4+ years of professional UX / product design experience, preferably with cloud-based products
- Proven ability to frame problems, excellent visual design skills, research experience and A high degree of empathy for customers
- Experience working in a agile software development environment
- Solid execution skills, with experience in modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Mural,
- And ideally, we'd hope you'd have:
- The ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
- Experience working with Enterprise grade tools, conducting user research, and managing stakeholders.
