We're looking for someone who:
Can reduce complex challenges down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
Has experience designing for both business and consumer-focused products
Has a high quality bar, attention to detail, and helps teams deliver high quality polished experiences.
Is skilled in explaining their work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and who craves feedback to help produce the best work
Is an expert in either UI, UX, or visual design, but is skilled in more disciplines across product design
Thinks in systems and is able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
Has 4+ years relevant product design experience

Comfortable working autonomously through ambiguity, taking ownership of identifying problems and creating solutions
