Carta’s software empowers companies, investors, employees, and other private market participants to view and track their assets online. This position in the market as an aggregator of data uniquely positions us to offer insights into the market as a whole. One area that time and again we’ve heard requests for is transparency and data around employee compensation (salary, equity, bonus).
The Compensation team’s goal is to build tools that help founders and other company administrators manage their compensation practices and strategies. We want to help give insights into compensation to allow these users to make smarter decisions in real-time as they’re building their companies. In the future, we’d also like to expand our compensation insights offering to employees as well to create transparency across the marketplace.
As a Product Designer working with the Compensation team, you will:
Working with the Compensation team offers product designers a unique experience to create simplicity out of confusion and see how data can be leveraged across the entire Carta network for good. You’ll tackle tricky design problems and think through complex interactions to deliver important compensation workflows to companies, investors, and employees.
