This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer to join the Commercial team and to truly create an impact in the work they do as the company scales its design and product teams.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be working across functional product teams where you’ll be responsible for the end to end design; from discovery and implementing design thinking methodologies through to the final deliverables.
A deep understanding of the customer you’re designing for. Collaborating with UX Research & Analytics to build a qualitative and quantitative knowledge base that solves problems.
Collaborate very closely with the Product Manager to define roadmap for design and increments for delivery with Engineering.

What we’re looking for:

3-5 years experience in product design
Pragmatic and proactive thinking - you are able to balance user needs with business/technical constraints and trade-offs.
A growth mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and strive to learn and not be afraid to challenge.
Understanding product and design thinking and using these methodologies in everyday work
Has working knowledge of Figma and able to create interactive prototypes of high-fidelity
