Product Designer - Channel Integration, Expansion, and Success

The Channels team helps sellers meet their customers where they shop by selling on multiple online channels. This includes tools for easy onboarding to new sales channels; evaluative metrics to measure a channel's performance; and optimized item listings to increase sales. This problem area is important to our ability to meet the evolving needs of our omni-channel sellers and is dependent on user-centered product designers—that's you! You will report to a Design Director and work with a team of three other Product Designers.

You Will:

• Create end-to-end product design approaches on features that empower small- and medium-sized businesses and the people behind them.
• Guide design execution, improve the seller experience, and work with team members (think product managers and engineers) to launch features.

You Have:

• Around 5 years of professional design experience
• A portfolio of work on which you were the primary designer, with moderate guidance from design leadership
• Experience connecting your design work with product, team, and company goals

• You know when to compromise without sacrificing user experience or design principles
• You communicate your ideas and work to your direct team and other teams
• You take pride in the quality of your work and create professional, well-thought-out designs using established design systems
