About the role:

You will work with our Cameo for Business team to build experiences that resonate with our brands and talent across our website, mobile apps, and beyond (emails, landing pages, etc.). You’ll collaborate with your shipping partners to leverage and evolve the Cameo for Business design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that our brands and talent love to use. We think this is a dream job for an extremely talented, goal-oriented senior product designer and could not be more excited to work together.

In this role you will:

• Working closely with your teammates across the Shipping Team (Product and Engineering) and the rest of the organization to create delightful experiences for brands and talent on either side of our marketplace
• Advocating for our users and championing world class UX across all our Cameo for Business product offerings and experiences
• Being a leader across the org and evangelizing authenticity, simplicity, and purpose across everything we do as a company
• Designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and new user flows & experiences  
• Quickly iterating upon user, stakeholder, and leadership feedback

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience for cross-platform web and mobile applications
• Experience with designing and shipping an end-to-end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
• Proven ability to empathize with and build solutions for users
• Willing to adapt and contribute to design system
• A keen eye for visual UI details
• You’re able to provide a portfolio that includes several examples of your direct design work across multiple platforms 
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers and Senior Leadership
• Experience working on products from square one and iterating on features and ideas while focusing on user experience

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.  Cameo determines salary ranges by role and level with ranges for US roles typically based on our home market of Chicago. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within that range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Posted salary ranges reflect base salary only, exclusive of equity, commissions, and other compensation and benefits.
