Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Product & Design Team. The role of the Product Design Team is to translate members' needs and business insights into a seamless and memorable end-to-end experience. You will be working on the demand side of our product: designing a best-in-class passenger experience.

Your Responsibilities

Work closely with a small cross-functional team (product managers, product marketing managers, developers, data analysts, designers, content designers) that has a strong design culture and a passion for simple and detailed solutions.
Analyze journeys and flows to uncover and define key touch points that will be leveraged for your design solutions.
Diverge and converge into proposing smart, scalable and consistent end-to-end design solutions backed by strong rationale and KPI oriented, by applying a rigorous design process from overarching story, to architecture, to micro interaction, using design systems as a guiding framework.
Infuse your reflection with benchmarking market standards and adapt best practices to your solutions.
Adapt working methods depending on projects ambitions and deadlines
Create precise design documentation and high fidelity prototypes for sharing your work with both new and informed stakeholders.
Act as an advocate for our users, and support your squad on the problem definition phase of your projects by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights.

Your Qualifications

You have 5 years of hands-on user product design, including designing mobile/web apps/desktop applications.
You love to envision all potential design solutions, and crash test all possible mechanics, flows, UI, before converging on the strongest hypothesis backed by strong rationale.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others.
You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
You have worked with research teams before or have experience doing research.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have: Previous experience working with Product Marketing and Content affinity.
