We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the product design team to meet the coming, new challenges. 

Product Designer at Banked 

As a Product Designer at Banked, you will work closely with Senior Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers, contributing to our US payments experience.

You will be part of a small but growing global team delivering across the full end-to-end Product Design process, from research to final polished design.

Your main focus will be the US market, understanding the nuances of our ‘Pay by Bank’ solution within your regional payments ecosystem. 

About you 

• Design and iterate on new and existing features and flows
• Contribute to ensuring the payment experience is intuitive and simple to use
• Create interactive prototypes to articulate your ideas
• Work with Engineers and Product Managers in US to contribute to product priorities and roadmap
• Work with Product and Sales in US to deliver collateral to support the business growth
• Work with the global design team and contribute to design team priorities and roadmap
• Help maintain knowledge of competitors and users in your region to inform your work
• Contribute to qualitative and quantitative research in US to help validate ideas & product performance
• Contribute to the management and maintenance of the Global Design System
• Bring a Growth Mindset where you embrace learning, peer feedback and continuously iterating your design processes

We are looking for someone who

• Can make the complex clear, both in product solutioning and how they communicate with those around them
• Can contribute in a cross-functional setting to ensure design has a voice at the table
• Cares about the detail and always participates in QA to ensure the final delivery is to the standard we expect
• Loves to explore ideas and collaborates with stakeholders to find a balance between perfect and good enough to ship
• Is skilled in explaining work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Is an strong in either UI, UX, or visual design, but can offer working skills across all areas of product design
• Knows Figma inside out and can utilize components and prototyping to a high standard
