Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Ensure smooth transformation for our self-managed clients who decided to uplevel to cloud technology solutions, as part of a bigger migration team.
Work on a tight-knit team alongside product managers and engineers, involved in the end-to-end design process from problem definition, through research and ideation to solution implementation and measuring impact.
Learn and teach, grow alongside larger customer experience organization, co-creating quality design, best practices, embracing and sharing actionable feedback.
Make an impact through design decisions and recommendations.
Influence the user experience of products used by millions of people as they do critical work (at organizations like NASA, Square, SpaceX, Disney, Spotify, Airbnb, to name a few).

The ideal candidate will bring:

4+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software
Excitement for and experience in leveraging every aspect of the user-centered design process to tackle complex problems
Ability to apply your design skills in product, interaction, and visual design to help create and build new features
Ability to collaborate with, influence, and impact different cross-functional partners and teams across the organization
Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling
Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
It'd be great, but it's not required if you have: Experience with SaaS or complex enterprise applications
