About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who is eager to take on product management responsibilities as part of our product team. This is an ideal role for a designer with UX experience who’s interested in expanding into product management, helping to shape both design and product strategy for our web-based backend UI and mobile app.
Your contribution
- User-Centered Design: Lead design initiatives for both the backend web-based UI and mobile app, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;
- User Research: Conduct user research and analyze insights to guide product design and improvements;
- Product Vision: Work alongside the product team to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals;
- Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with overall product strategy;
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to product roadmap planning, prioritising features that enhance the user experience across web and mobile;
- Design Consistency: Develop and maintain design standards to ensure consistent and cohesive experiences across all platforms.
Must have
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing design work on both web-based and mobile applications;
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methods;
- Interest in expanding into product management to support product vision, planning, and prioritisation;
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Considered an advantage
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Confluence, Jira;
- Passion for clean energy and a commitment to sustainable design, particularly in the EV industry.
