About the role

• Actively participate in building a scalable design language in order to improve consistency, execution, and the overall experience of our products.
• Think about the UX, materialize the complete user journeys, design the final UI
• Follow carefully your KPIs using Amplitude on a daily basis
• Quickly prototype solutions and hypotheses in order to conduct user tests
• Be proactive and creative, put new ideas on the table on a daily basis
• Go into the field, meet our users (and non-users) to learn from them and return the learning to the rest of the team.
• Collaborate with a variety of profiles and expertise: Product designers, UX Writers, System Designers, etc...
• Contribute to building an international brand with ever-evolving challenges (eg. currently working on a rebranding)

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years experience in designing world-class complex e-commerce solution.
• Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma/ webflow) and on the creation of generic components and prototyping
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• You have experience and are comfortable in writing product specifications
• Experience in User Research is preferred
• You are a team player - you always demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and want to work in a team
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key to your role and to the design team in general.
• Creativity & proactivity - you can find creative and simple solutions to tricky problems, using new approaches, tools and/or testing new ways of leveraging data
