As a Product Designer (all genders) at Urban Sports Club, you're on a mission to shape the user experience for our valued members, partners, and corporate clients. In this critical role, your focus spans the evolution and refinement of the Acquisition Funnel (Automated Sales Tool) and the Corporate Portal (Our Business Dashboard product). With over 4 years of experience, your commitment to our brand guidelines, usability enhancement, and accessibility for all users will drive the success of our digital platforms.

The Opportunity

Embark on an exciting journey with our vibrant teams in Berlin, Cologne, Amsterdam, or Valencia as a Product Designer (all genders). Join forces with enthusiastic designers, engineers, and dedicated product managers to enhance user experiences through innovative design. As a pivotal contributor, you will take a front-seat role in refining the corporate acquisition funnel experience and optimizing the Corporate Portal web application.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the enhancement of the scheduling and booking experience through intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and contribute to the evolution of the Acquisition Funnel and the Corporate Portal.
• Own and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Work collaboratively with product managers to align design decisions with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize your design skills to create prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that effectively communicate your ideas.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking, problem-solving skills, and real-world design solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting or participating in usability testing and incorporating feedback into the design process.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of the end-to-end design process.
• Fluent in English.
