Akeneo is a fast-growing company, we have strong ambitions regarding business and team development.

Akeneo’s product management team is comprised of twelve talented product managers and product directors. Our overall product department consists of ninety-five teammates. We value high collaboration between product management, engineering, product design, and customer support.

Our offer, the PXM Studio, consists of five different products, serving our vision, by fostering collaboration between our different user personas. Our products allow them to craft and manage great product experiences to unlock their business growth.

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to own the design of an exciting set of products.

Akeneo product designers serve a vital role in the company, from helping to design the vision of new features, to crafting and polishing every detail in the product.

We appreciate user-centric designers who are well organized, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and love sharing feedback.

Your missions

• Collaborate on a daily basis with engineering, product management to take products from concept to launch.

• Lead your user research projects by organizing and participating in workshops with our users and in collaboration with the customer success team.

• Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals in collaboration with product management & end-users

• Work closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience

• Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team, and share feedback with them

• Work with design leadership to improve design processes

• Ensure design consistency by contributing to our Design System Management (DSM) and any other design projects allowing to continuously raise the bar of user experience on our whole product suite

• Occasionally, contribute to internal projects (Unlock event, websites, etc).

• You have experience building B2B products in a software company. 

• Whatever your training, you have at least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design. 

• You already worked on productivity tools or products.

• You speak English - because 70% of our users don’t speak French!

• You’re a Sketch or Figma master. 

• You are already experienced in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.

The position is opened in the lovely city of Nantes (France).

We’re flexible on remote work, you can apply even if you are not living in the city, however, a regular presence at the office is required.
