The Merchant Design team creates the products and services that merchants use on a daily basis to be successful on DoorDash. We strive to be the essential partner for every merchant, whether that's enhancing their in-store operations, helping them increase their sales and customer base, providing a platform for white-labeled logistics, enabling custom ecommerce solutions, and more.
We are at the pivotal point of transforming the user experience to the next level, and we are growing fast as our business expands beyond food delivery. Join us on our journey to realize our vision of becoming the last-mile logistics infrastructure for the world. We’re looking for designers excited to build industry-leading tools that will empower our merchants small and large, everywhere.
The Acquisition & Integrations team within Merchant supports the adoption of DoorDash by enabling merchants and third-party platforms to offer DoorDash delivery directly through their products. Through our API, we enable developers to power delivery for businesses small and large, from neighborhood restaurants to national brands with thousands of locations, as well as new delivery use cases beyond food.
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for our developer tools, and merchant integrations. This is a unique opportunity to understand the needs of our partners, and solve for them in ways that not only drive developer satisfaction but also move business metrics. This role requires you to not just push pixels but work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help drive the vision and strategy.
Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.
At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.
DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees’ happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, paid parental leave and more.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
