About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to develop new features and experiences to give entrepreneurs a piece of mind. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive user experiences. You'll work collaboratively with service designers to leverage the power of our agents within the product.

What you'll do

• Work together with PM, researcher, and analyst in your team to clarify user needs and competitive landscape to generate solutions.
• Work with different partners across the business to design solutions through exploration and validation, aligning your designs with general concepts within the product.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, know when and how to create and combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect specs.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver the best quality possible.
• Contribute to your team's strategy and roadmap.
• You'll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

• You've proven design cases, shipped products, and understand what it takes to create valuable and meaningful experiences.
• You're a talented system thinker who can solve complex problems with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• You can find beauty in details and help others to see it too.
• You can mentor others to deliver the best work and make strategy come to life.
• You've experience articulating your solutions and goals of a project clearly and concisely within the team and to business stakeholders.
• The one who sees user experience as a whole and tries to design to improve interactions with the product, not just visually enhance our interfaces.
• It's a bonus If you have experience in service design or fintech products.
