Product Designer (4+ years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our executive team to shape the strategy and decision-making around our products.

• Design interfaces, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to our team.

• Lead multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

• Communicate design decisions and their rationale effectively to stakeholders and the broader organization.

• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and prioritize user needs.

• Contribute to and evolve a design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints.

• Continuously give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisions from team members and users.

• Act as a strong advocate for the user, championing their needs and desires throughout the entire product development process.

• Stay up to date on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the way we build our products.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to adapt and pivot quickly to changing requirements and priorities.

• Proven 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing consumer-centered products and experiences for either mobile or desktop platforms. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from ideation to final product delivery.

• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Experience leveraging design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing managers, and other designers.

• Proven experience leading design initiatives end to end throughout the development and launch of a product.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and the broader organization.

• A strong understanding of the technical underpinnings of software.
