About the Role:

As a Contract Product Designer at Forma, you'll join a collaborative team focused on creating intuitive and delightful experiences for our customers and members. Your work will help our users navigate the complex benefits industry, enhance employee retention, and make better financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, build, and release new products and features.

• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Develop and deliver high-fidelity visuals that align with Forma’s brand and design system standards.

• Contribute to strategic thinking for product features and roadmap.

• Positively shape the design team’s culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.

• Maintain a high design standard and level of execution.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Figma.

• Proven experience in prototyping and creating design systems.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, e.g. You can edit a simple email template using HTML and CSS.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle various design tasks including graphics, prototyping, and interactions.

• Good UX copywriting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of two years of experience designing digital products and systems.

• Ability to present design decisions and processes clearly.

• Collaborative approach and great partnership with cross-functional teammates.

• Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback.

• Sense of humor to keep the team energized.

Salary based on experience
