Responsibilities:

• Design interfaces, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate new products and solutions.

• Collaborate with other designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the creation of innovative design solutions.

• Participate in multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast moving environment.

• Present and communicate design ideas and decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.

• Conduct user research with guidance, translating findings into actionable design insights. 

• Contribute to maintenance and the evolution of our design systems to ensure product consistency.

• Participate actively in design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to elevate design quality.

• Champion user perspectives and integrate their feedback throughout the design process.

• Leverage the latest design trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Portfolio showcasing design work, including examples of user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or similar.

• Basic understanding of design systems and their role in ensuring consistency and efficiency.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Understanding of the technical aspects of software development is a bonus!
