Role Description
In this role, you’ll build the next step in Dropbox’s future — a layer above the classic folder system, a way for users to collect, organize and find content from across the web without worrying about where the content actually lives.
You’ll oversee and balance efforts to define new 0→1 experiences and interactions all while building a platform for other teams to build new experiences upon.
Responsibilities
- You will need to define new paradigms for editing, sharing and collaborating on a new container that takes Dropbox beyond the classic folder
- You will collaborate with PMs and Engineers across North America and Tel Aviv
- You will work in tandem with other designers on the project to drive alignment across the team, cohesiveness and consistency of the product
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design/User Experience Design
- Experience creating foundational experiences that span across multiple areas of a product (i.e. Sharing, Commenting, etc..)
- Ability to define collaboration models across multiple teams
- Comfortable with experimentation mindset
