Role Description
In this role, you’ll help Dropbox’s users organize their content by providing a set of organizational tools that leverage common organizational practices and advanced machine learning.
You’ll be required to take an advanced set of features and identify how to create a simplified version of them to approach a broader audience.
Responsibilities
- You will need to articulate a simplified vision and work with your PM to break it down in executional steps and hypothesis for the team to execute on.
- You will collaborate with PMs and Engineers across North America.
- You will work in tandem with other designers across the org to ensure cohesiveness and consistency of the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design/User Experience Design.
- Experience taking something complex and distilling it down to something incredibly simple and approachable.
- Ability to define a compelling strategy for ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable with experimentation mindset.
