We’re looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the Driver Segments & Fleets areas within our Driver organization. Drivers are at the heart of everything we build. As a Product Design Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented product designers, providing direction and guidance of the team’s output, as well as stewarding best practices in cross-functional partnership and design process. You will propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and make a strong impact on product execution and quality. You’ll also provide design mentorship and be a champion for values, craft and career development, as well as create the operational space and organizational cover for your team to focus and thrive.
You bring both a sharp eye for detail and the ability to think big, innovate, and break new ground. You have a proven track record designing for mobile, and your portfolio demonstrates clear impact on both user experience and business outcomes—alongside the particulars in overall experience, visual polish, and complex interactions. You’re a thoughtful, hands-on leader, an exceptional communicator, and a cross-organizational team player. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and collaborating with passionate designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, and executives who are deeply committed to creating industry-leading experiences centered around driver and business needs.

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the NYC area is $176,000 - $220,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
