Role Description

Dropbox is looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to join our HelloSign team. You will lead a team of 4 and growing responsible for creating solutions to help people send, sign, and manage documents anywhere they need.
Since we value and are already well-known for a UX that makes getting documents signed incredibly easy, you will have significant impact in crafting the future of the product that our customers love. You are committed to helping us maintain this ease of use while our product evolves and innovative features are added.
Responsibilities
- Set vision & strategy with your product partner and persuasively communicate direction
- Guide your team through focused work that lead to both customer and business results
- Make clear and timely decisions that unblock your teams and partners
- Manage a motivated and skilled product design team with humility, candor, and flexibility
- Hold high standards of quality and work with partner organizations and teams to design cohesive customer experiences
- Be dedicated to your team’s progress by investing in skill development, culture, and community
Requirements
- 3+ years experience leading a team of designers as a people manager
- Ability to effectively guide teams through a range of experiments to big swings
- Strong design craft (while this isn’t a practicing IC role, it’s important that you’ll be able to lead your team to quality execution and coach on skill development)
- Customer-focused mindset with critical business evaluation skills
- History of building strong cross functional partnerships
- Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through shipping/iteration
- Demonstrated experience building design system and setting design strategy
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
- Experience in B2B software a plus, but not required
