Role Description
In this role, you’ll enable teams to build content-workflows that enable people to do more with their Dropbox. These workflows include simple tasks like editing a PDF to more involved tasks like stakeholder review and approval on content.
Responsibilities
- You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to set strategic direction for this team
- You coach a team of 3-4 designers to execute against this direction in an iterative, learning-oriented way
- You’ll be accountable to drive meaningful business and customer outcomes with this team
Requirements
- Experience with defining a compelling strategy from an ambiguous starting point
- Experience with balancing design craft and resulting product quality in an experimentation and execution-focused team environment.
- Interest in growing people with a line of sight into driving business outcomes.
