We are looking for a strong and experienced Product Design Lead who will be responsible for defining design strategy, managing the design team, developing processes, and establishing good communication across the team. In this role as a Product Design Lead, you will communicate and drive the success of multiple design workstreams for user facing products. You will scale your craft expertise to manage designers and direct their work so it aligns with the wider strategy. As a partner in business and implementation decisions, you advocate for the users’ needs by deeply understanding how to transform insights into beautiful, data-driven, human-centric designs.
