We are looking for experienced design lead with strong design and research skills, enjoying making complex things simple as well as leading people.

Requirements

? We are looking for an

• Design leader
  Manage and develop a team of designers: setting goals, allocating designers, ensuring deadlines are met, and developing best practices for ensuring a high bar of quality.
• Communication master
  Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are must-have for this role.

• Innovator that never stops
  Our digital world is growing fast but we need to grow faster. Passion and hunger for learning new things is essential as implementing them and share experience. Recognize trends, learn and inspire.
• English on a Fluent or Conversational level.
