Product Design Intern - Experience Design

Come join the Product Content Innovation Experience Design team for the unique opportunity to design new content-related and interactive product experiences that consumers use and love. In this role, you have the opportunity to influence the storyline of Netflix titles through the creation of thoughtful designs and user journeys–making more joyful experiences for our members.

Although Netflix is an established company, in many ways we still act like a startup. We operate with minimal hierarchy, the process is minimal, individual responsibility is big, and there is an emphasis on keeping non-productive influences out of the everyday decision process. We endeavor to stay nimble and make decisions quickly.

You’re excited to design joyful experiences for our members through thoughtful UX patterns and beautiful design. You have a passion for TV shows, movies, interactive media, and games. You enjoy the challenge of creating seamless user experiences through understanding user behavior through data and research. You thrive with creativity when faced with ambiguity and technical limitations.

This internship is an opportunity to learn from and contribute to the product innovation process at the world’s leading streaming entertainment company. You will be partnering with designers, product managers, and engineers. You will walk away from this program with:
