As DocSend continues to expand and introduce more complex features, you’ll be responsible for keeping a big picture product-level view that include a variety of use cases, as you focus on delivering value within your product area.
Responsibilities
Design elegant solutions that deliver value across a product space with varied user needs
Prototype and test the need for, or efficacy of, a solution.
Actively partnerwith Engineering and PM co-leads to defineand execute product strategy
Analyze the overall efficacy of launched solutions to incorporate learnings into future iterations
Contribute to elevating the design process, quality, and community within DocSend and Dropbox
Requirements
Comfortable with ambiguity and product complexity
Comfortable working on the end-to-end design process, from research to launch
Portfolio showing ability to simplify complex products with easy-to-use features and polished visual design style
Ability to make informed design decisions and articulate them simply
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Know how to balance customer, business needs, and technical feasibility
5+ years of experience working as a UX or Product Designer
Experience working on a technical or B2B product is a plus, but not required
