Product Design Director - Financial Services

Financial Services is a category within the organization that exists to bring financial freedom to all our customers, many of whom are excluded by traditional institutions. Our teams help customers from the moment they get paid to the moment they file their taxes, while helping them manage, save, spend, invest, provide, borrow, and learn about money along the way.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Design Director to lead the discipline for Cash App’s Financial Services team, which includes product verticals like Banking, Investing, Lending, Taxes, Families, and more. This hire would also join the leadership group responsible for the Financial Services organization, which is one of Cash App’s largest and most mature, and join the Product Design leadership team to help shape the discipline within the company.

As the Design Lead for Financial Services, you’ll also be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of talented product designers, fostering an environment for creativity and growth, facilitating connections across teams and disciplines, influencing the product vision at multiple altitudes, and driving positive customer and business outcomes.
