Team mission

As a member of the Fintech vertical, you can have a wide-reaching impact on how we help travelers and partners with everything related to payments. By streamlining payment processes and providing flexible payment options, we can ensure that travelers have a seamless booking experience and that our partners receive timely and accurate payments. This is vital to our mission of making travel accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

You will:

• Work in a cross-functional team of developers, and product managers dedicated to a specific customer mission, contributing both to the broader picture and the details, ensuring quality every step of the way.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for the millions of users on our platform.
• Design experiences and flows that are incredibly simple and elegant across Desktop, mWeb, iOS and Android.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.

Who you are

• You are an excellent communicator and collaborator (we work in an agile and dynamic environment in which openness and humility are key).
• You have exceptional visual and interaction design skills proven by shipping great products over 5+ years of experience.
• You are user-centric and believe understanding your user is essential to your design process.
• You are results-driven and data-informed, using user feedback or a/b testing tools to validate your hypothesis.
• You can quickly turn ideas into high-quality designs and bring them to life with interactive prototypes.
• You are versed in designing for various devices and platforms and familiar with current web and mobile standards.
