About the role
You’ll beresponsible for leading and managing the Root Cause Resolution function for our Energy, Sales and Telco Operations as well as our existing Process Improvement and Knowledge Management Lead.
What you’ll do
- You’ll oversee Knowledge Management to support post learning and continuous improvement
- You’ll support the Operational Change Manager in driving forward improvements and transformation within our Customer and Sales Operation; Use Complaint and other forms of Customer feedback to identify and prioritise issues that impact the Customer
- You’ll be expected to establish their root cause and provide findings and recommendations for business improvement
- Your main focus will be to ensure we have efficient processes and systems that support our customer journey
About you
The successful person is expected to be a champion of improving our processes through root cause analysis and embedding change within the business whilst being the voice of our customer. They should be a highly-motivated and meticulous individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You’ll have / be:
- Root Cause Analysis/Common Cause Analysis experience
- Accomplished in the use of performance improvement tools, including but not limited to process maps and causal trees
- Demonstrated success in the use of data-driven methodologies, analytics and statistics
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and a "can-do" attitude when faced with challenges or problems
- Track record of people management
- Previous experience delivering improvements
- Experience leading/influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in data mining, modelling and visualisation
